Here is what happens when you purchase in Spot:

1️⃣ Processing purchase: your purchase will first be processed by our providers.

2️⃣ Pending purchase: then, the cryptos will be delivered to your wallet.

1️⃣ My purchase is processing

👉 If your purchase is processing it means that it has not been approved yet.

  • 💳 First our payment providers have to check if your credit or debit card payment is successful before delivering the cryptocurrencies you have bought.

  • 👮‍♀️ Then our providers also have to perform security & identity check to avoid fraud and that can take a little longer than expected.

2️⃣ My purchase is pending. What’s next?

👉 If your purchase is pending it means that it has been approved and that the cryptos are being delivered to your wallet.

You need to wait until the delivery is confirmed on the associated network (this is an actual ⛓ blockchain transaction!)

⏱ In most cases, it should not take more than ten minutes to confirm the cryptos are in your wallet.

I see a pending transaction but it takes time, why?

It means that your transaction is not validated on the blockchain yet. The network might be very busy because a lot of people are sending & trading this particular crypto at the same time, and therefore transactions can more time than usual to arrive!

Wait until it is the case and do not hesitate to contact us here so we can have a look at it.

What is the average delivery time for the cryptos?

It depends on the crypto you are purchasing and on how fast the the associated blockchain is but in most cases, it should not take more than ten minutes to confirm the cryptos are in your wallet once the payment is pendind.
